Camp Values

Here is how we thought we showed values while on our Noho Marae at Takahanga Marae in Kaikoura.

  1. Kia ora Te Hiringa whānau,
My name is Tania and I am a Manaiakalani Outreach Facilitator who lives in Whangarei. I am the lucky person who gets to look at all the Tuhi Mai Tuhi Atu class and individual blogs and see what everyone is learning about and sharing. I really like the way you have created a google slideshow to share the values you showed on your marae stay. What a great place to learn and think about the values you are showing. You have all shared clear ways of how you have demonstrated maanakitanga, whanaungatanga, rangatiratanga and kotahitanga. I am sure your teacher and whānau are very proud of you. Thanks for sharing.

    1. Atamarie (Good morning) Tania
When we went on our camp in Kaikoura we stayed at Takahanga Marae. When we were on camp it was really easy for the caregivers because we were using our values and it made camp good for everybody.
